Shipping policy
Standard processing time packed and ready to ship within 5-7 business days. However, it is extended during holidays, launches/restocks, and bad weather. You will receive your tracking information in your email address or phone number provided at checkout.
If you believe your package is lost in transit, please email us at shico.llection@yahoo.com. Be sure to include your full name, order # and email address used to place the order. Please note we're not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact customer service.Â
